*    BE, B.Tech or MCA , preferably for a premium institute
*    Strong Test Automation experience with QTP/UFT.
*    Hands-on 2-5 years of automation experience
*    Strong written and verbal communication skills
*    Experienced with SDLC and software development
*    Good VB scripting skills
*    Good analytical and debugging skills
*    Past experience with validation at a Life Sciences company
*    Strong experienced with MS Exceland MS Word
